An estimate is based on recorded assumptions, dependencies, content readiness, review cycles, and exclusions. Work begins only after required approval and payment. New requirements, delayed inputs, or changed assumptions may require a written change, revised fee, and revised schedule.
Clients provide timely decisions, accurate information, content, access, permissions, and a single accountable approver. The client confirms rights to supplied text, media, data, trademarks, and software and identifies regulated or sensitive data before it enters the project.
Deposits, milestones, balance triggers, invoice dates, taxes, and late terms belong in the signed agreement. Domains, hosting, licenses, fonts, stock media, app stores, payment processors, shipping, and other vendor costs are identified separately unless expressly included.
Included revision rounds and approval windows are stated in scope. Consolidated feedback is required. Client delays can move the delivery window and may require rescheduling. Silence is not treated as approval unless the signed agreement explicitly says otherwise.
